Granmar Brittany's was founded in 2001. We are a breeder, owner and handler of our champion Brittany’ s and Chinese Crested’s.
We have owned Brittany’s for over 19 years and in 2001 branched out into the sport of showing and hunting our dogs. In a short time we have had some successful dogs and have started handling multiple breeds at all breed shows.
Our most successful dog would be Ch Chilcote Zax Diamond on Credit JH, Maybe. Maybe won BOS at Westminster in 2004, has multiple group placements and produces great pups. Her son, Profit, GCH Granmars Can Do Diamond Credit, was a top 5 dog 3 yrs in a row winning 15 specialties, AOM at the nationals, and multiple group 1's. DC Granmars Classic Diamond Account, Also, is our first DC and we have several in the field working their way to that title. Also is the dam of Ranger, GCH Granmars Diamond in the Rough, Ranger is a 2 1/2 yr old male that is ranked in the top 10 with very little showing.
We have branched out and include Chisholm Trail Brittany's, Oklahoma, as a sister kennel and have worked together to produce some beautiful, specialty winning dogs. All of our dogs go back to BIS DC Classic's Can Do Andrew, Andy, and we can't thank Classic Brittany's and the Browns enough for being our mentors.
Granmar Brittany's is located in Kentucky just north of Louisville. We are a small kennel and breed for ourselves and quality. Our main goal in breeding Brittany’s is maintain the dual quality of this incredible breed. We focus on breeding the healthiest, most eager-to-please, quality Brittany. When placing a puppy in a home it can be a lengthy interview process. The main goal when placing a new pup is that it becomes a member of the family and is treated as such. All puppies are raised in our home and are socialized with all of our dogs. We treat our dogs as members of our family and expect all dogs leaving the property to be treated in the same manner.
If you would be interested in a puppy or an older Brittany, please contact us at grndmbritts@aol.com. We also offer handling services and would be happy to evaluate your dog and send you a fee list.
